first day of March! (and i don’t have a class today..)
- I borrowed a book about Byron’s poems. I know…BYRON! what the hell was i thinking? actually, I’m supposed to be familiar with stuff like that for one of my subjects (authorship n writing). monday when the lecturer mentioned his (byron) name, I could barely make out who he was. then I realized "hey, isn’t he a poet or something?". so I decided well better check out on of his books in the library. it’s pretty thick…the book that is. wonder if I could finish reading it. some of the stuff is in Latin (which I barely know) but lucky most of it is in English. point is, I’M READING FREAKING BYRON, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!!! (I should be flipping through the sports-page or checking out classic-rock on the MSN playlist!)
- that aside, thought I’d waste today in the lab since I don’t have a class. got a very ‘naughty’ testimonial from SOMEBODY. he’ll know who it is when he reads this! (what’s up man? all the other chicks turn you down?) na…he’s ok. he’s a nice guy, like an older brother you could just hang out with; chill out at the mamak stall over teh tarik and probably a ciggie or two…and watch the irritated look on Tabby’s face….and maybe make her squirm as we (’naughty-boy’ n me) flirt openly. (we have a very ‘open’ relationship! Jon thinks maybe it’s a bit TOO open…heck!) it’s a free country right?….RIGHT?!
- for all those of you who don’t already know, it’s the 1st day of Lent; 39 days to Easter! was telling Ari about it yesterday. told him that it’s a time of ’sacrificing’ and ‘abstaining’. I DO try to do SOMETHING…honest!! why doesn’t anybody believe me? (*looking hurt*…)
- looking forward to our Comm-Bash next Thursday. Anna said the theme was "super-hero"….so everyone that comes has to dress up like a super hero….since i can’t find that voice-distorter that goes with the Darth Vader suit, I’d probably have to go as a Jedi…..right, funny!
